5 Jan 10: My B'day.... My 1st B'day with Eethan... and he is sick.. :(
I was supposed to be on b'day leave but gotta go back to office for our monthly plan presentation. By the time Eethan came back, I was told he was having fever... that night, he couldn't sleep well, keep waking up crying... there goes my sleep too. By 3.30am, I couldn't take it and my mil took care instead. His fever was 37.7...
6 Jan 10: Fever subsided in the morning, still giving PCM, sent to nanny. Nanny called in the late morning saying she needed help as she could not "tahan". Eethan wouldn't drink nor sleep. Keep wanting to be carried. His body still felt a little warm. Same thing happened mid nite. Fever 38.0.. I kept sponging him but it only dropped to 37.4 an hour later.
7 Jan 10: Still giving PCM. Nanny called again in the late morning. Took half day off and brought Eethan to doc. Did UTI test, given Efficort for his rash and was told to monitor his fever for another day. He should recover from fever by then if its not UTI.
I feel for you, baby... It must have been so irritating having a sore, itchy gum, irritating rashes and fever. What else do you have... give it to me.... give me all at once!
