On 25 June 2009 at 10am, the long awaited moment finally arrived. Luckily for me, the caesarean is not too bad. The anesthetic was talking to me all the while and I didn't even know the operation was being done until he told me so. By then I've heard my baby cry! It was a very loud one. Even the doctor said that he is loud.. means good lungs..:)
The anesthetic is a funny guy. I still remember he said my gynae confirmed its a boy during the checkup. And he (my gynae)has a policy in which he will refund all money spent on buying male baby stuff if it came out to be a gal.. haha..
When they carry my baby to me, it was wrapped in a red blanket. And I said,"It's a boy rite? How come wrapped in red blanket?" Then the anesthetic show me the proof (wink, wink) and said, "Lukily your gynae don't have to refund".. hah!
