During the beginning of my pregnancy, I've already thought i wanted C-section coz I'm afraid I can't take the pain. My tolerance level is really low. Even friends who has gone thru natural labor told me they don't think I can take it.
But after attending ante natal class and with the persuasion of my hubby, I changed my mind coz natural delivery seems to benefit the baby more. So I started reading about how to minimize pain, breathing technique, the husband's role, and perineum massage.
Now I've made up my mind... I'm going for Caesarean! I cannot imagine what kind of pain I'll have to go thru beside labor pain, knowing I've had pubic pain and inflammation problem. Though I no longer have inflammation, but I still feel pain in my pubic area whenever I move in bed, move too fast or walk/stand too long, ie 15 mins.
I told my gynae my decision yesterday and he fixed a date for me already.. :) It has to be on a Thursday coz that's the day his clinic closed... and it would be on my 38 weeks... that's 25 June 09!
I can't wait to see my baby...:)
